The Richard Mille RM 88 Automatic Tourbillon Smiley is one of the brand’s most elaborate and playful haute-horlogerie creations. Introduced in 2022 to celebrate the Smiley symbol’s 50th anniversary, the watch surrounds its yellow Smiley sculpture with an intricate three-dimensional scene of miniature decorative elements arranged around the tourbillon. Production is limited to just 50 pieces worldwide. 

At its heart is the in-house CRMT7 calibre, a skeletonized automatic-winding tourbillon movement developed specifically for the RM 88. The movement displays hours and minutes alongside a function indicator, while the tourbillon and hand-finished miniature sculptures form the visual centrepiece of the watch.
